RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

Due to the hand-crafted and small-batch nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges of our products. Please note that if you live in a warm climate, there is a possibility that body butter will melt during shipment. If you receive your product and it is melted, leave it in room temperature overnight or place in the fridge for a couple of hours. This will not ruin the formula.  

We do offer samples of our products, so please give them a try before investing in a larger size.   

We 100% back our products and want you to have the best experience possible when shopping with us and using our goods. If you are unsatisfied in any way, please reach out to us at info@spreadlaluz.com and we'll work with you to make things right.

DAMAGED ITEMS & ISSUES

If a product arrives broken or damaged, please send us a photo along with your order number to info@spreadlaluz.com and we will be happy to send a replacement. A photo is required so we can file an insurance claim.
