Oh my gosh. I've died and gone to celiac heaven with these cookies and scones! The ube crinkle cookies are unbelievably delicious and so soft. The brown sugar cinnamon scones! I could live off of these. They are so moist, which is hard to pull off with GF flour. The flavors are balanced and both the brown sugar and cinnamon SING. I am obsessed with everything she bakes and am grateful to Marisa and her dedication to providing out of this world quality treats that are safe for celiacs to enjoy without the fear of getting sick. It makes such a difference! The world just got tastier for us! Thanks Marisa!

Let me start by saying, I normally am not the kind of person who would seek out a gluten-free dessert. That being said you wouldn't even know these are gluten-free. The cookies are out of this world. The cakes are soft and moist and have just the right amount of sweetness. Everything is beautifully presented and reasonably priced. If you have the opportunity to enjoy one of these treats, I suggest you take it.

The strawberry crinkle cookies taste like a way better version of a strawberry pop tart. Brings me back to my childhood. I appreciate it being gluten-free so my wife and children can indulge as well.
